M6.2: Filmed/Edited Video assignment
I really enjoyed working on this video and getting it out. It is an important message that I am hoping to spread widely to get more people to be more conscious of their sedentary behaviors, especially with respect to desk work and screen time.

These "Get Up and Move" Guiding Videos below will guide you through each session of exercises. You may choose a level of activity that corresponds to your fitness level.
Please use them throughout the day to break up bouts of sitting too much.
